- Files you upload: CAD/3D files (e.g., STEP, STL, OBJ), drawings, images, instructions, and metadata.

- To provide services: estimating, DFM feedback, printing, post‑processing, QA, delivery, and customer support.

Files you upload (CAD/3D content)
- We access your files solely to provide quotes, DFM guidance, printing, finishing, and QA.
- We store files for: 12 months to support reorders and warranty/reprints unless you request deletion sooner.
- You can request deletion at any time (see Your rights below).
- We will not use or publish your models for marketing without your written permission. If you give permission, we may edit/crop photos to protect confidential details.
Who we share your data with
We may share limited data with:
