Functional 3D‑printed prototype on an engineering drawing

Ideal for:
Concept models · Fit/assembly checks · Functional testing · Pilot runs

Capabilities & Materials:

  • FDM/FFF: PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, Nylon (PA12/PA6), Nylon‑Carbon Fiber, TPU (flexible)
  • Build sizes: Small features to large multi‑part assemblies (panelized if needed)

Typical specs:

  • Layer height: 0.1–0.3 mm (FDM), 0.05–0.1 mm (resin)
  • Tolerances: ±0.2 mm or ±0.2% (whichever greater)
  • Finishes: As‑printed, vapor‑smoothing (select materials), sanding, priming/painting, inserts

Deliverables:
Printed parts, basic inspection report, material datasheet(s) upon request.

Lead times:
1–3 business days for most prototypes; complex assemblies 3–5 days.

How it works (compact):

  1. Upload files → 2) DFM review → 3) Quote & approval → 4) Print & finish → 5) QA & ship/pickup
